Over the last 2 months he's been to a lot of meet-ups and events in order to expand his network and he's already been admitted into the Réseau Entreprendre Lombardia Assocition. Despite this however, he's still in the search of a partner. Someone to share the weight, help make decisions, and most of all help build a coworking space from the ground up.
About your Role:
Your core mission is to build a sustainable and high-growth community alongside startups, freelancers and entrepreneurs
You will work closely with different stakeholders including investors, it helps if you have experience in this
You will drive the company for the next years to come and have the potential to grow into its long-term leader
You will be responsible for Product, IT, Online Marketing and Operations
You spread the word on the company everywhere you go

You are a strong team player with great communication skills and experience in working with different levels of stakeholders
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a creative and analytical approach to problem solving
You constantly question why & how things are done to drive understanding and develop new ideas
You have an interest for innovation & the startup ecosystem
You are hard-working and have a hands-on approach with a strong focus on getting things done
You communicate in a clear, concise and organized way, showing high level of organizational skills and being extremely detail oriented
Strong ability to drive, coordinate and lead teams and projects
You can quickly adapt to new challenges as needed while maintaining a clear mindset
Fluent in English
You have a good sense of humour and like to have a coffee or beer with your colleagues
