What types of events can I host at betahaus?
Our event spaces are suitable for workshops, conferences, offsites, panels, presentations, meetups, team events, and hybrid formats. Whether creative, strategic, or classic – we’re happy to help you find the right space for your event.
How many people can attend an event at betahaus?
Depending on the space and setup, we can host small groups of around 10 people up to a maximum of 150 guests. We’re happy to advise on the best combination of spaces and setups for your event.

What does the standard setup include?
The standard room setup includes:

Are hybrid or digital events possible?
Yes! We do support hybrid events. If you want to include remote participants, we’ll advise on the most suitable technical setup.
Is catering available at betahaus?

Can we bring our own catering or service providers?
In many cases, food catering is allowed. Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate the details. Drinks must be ordered through betahaus.
Can I host a party at betahaus?
Depending on the type of party – yes! Our Arena & Bungalow spaces are perfect for social gatherings or parties. Contact us to discuss your plans.
Can I book the rooftop for a BBQ or exclusively?
The rooftop is generally a shared space, but it can sometimes be booked exclusively after 4 pm or on weekends. BBQs or similar setups are possible – contact us and we’ll check availability.
Can you provide photographers?
Yes, we have partner photographers who we can book for you. You’re also welcome to bring your own photographer.
Can we use branding for our event?
Absolutely – for the day, betahaus is your “house.” You are welcome to bring your branding materials and visuals.
Can I invite the betahaus community?
Yes! If your event fits our community concept, you can invite our members. Please contact us in advance and we’ll discuss the details.
Can I use the spaces for free?
We do not offer free use of our spaces. However, we are happy to work with you to find a budget-friendly solution.
Can I book the spaces without betahaus staff/service?
No – for insurance reasons, at least one betahaus staff member must be present. The number of staff is adjusted according to the group size and the services required.
By when can I adjust the number of participants?
The final participant number can be adjusted up to one week before the event.
What are the cancellation policies?
You can find our cancellation terms in the AGBs, which we provide along with your offer.
Where are betahaus event locations?
Our event spaces are located in Berlin Kreuzberg, all easily accessible by public transportation. Detailed directions are included with your booking confirmation.
How much does it cost to host an event at betahaus?
Pricing depends on the selected spaces, duration, technical requirements, and catering. We are happy to offer discounts for NGOs, universities, foundations, and similar organizations.
